Upcoming Webinar: Selling Produce to Schools and Grocery Stores

The last in the Hoophouses for Health 2016 spring webinar series is coming up next Thursday, March 31 from 7 – 8 pm, and it is especially relevant for those interested in farm to school.

This webinar, Selling Produce to Schools and Grocery stores is intended for farmers interested in developing relationships with schools and grocery stores, however could be relevant for any farm to school practitioners interested in better understanding the challenges and opportunities from the farm side of farm to school. The webinar will feature a Farm to School Grantee Food Service Director as well as a farmer currently working with Hoophouses for Health to build connections with schools, and will go over strategies for successful relationships as well as provide general overviews of both markets.
