Local Food Supply Chain Platform: Farmish

Hello local food systems ag-vocates,

I hope this email finds you well and that your families, farms and gardens are enjoying the increasingly sunny weather. I recently had the opportunity to connect with Terra Osman, a gardener, local food systems advocate and the owner and founder of Farmish. Farmish is an app and web-platform that provides the scaffolding to help make the connections that facilitate farmers getting local produce into bellies. While the app's current "bread and butter" is connecting farmers directly with individual consumers, as the company grows it is rolling out a wholesale platform and building in ways to more efficiently connect producers, retailers, markets, wholesalers and others across the supply chain.
