Call for institutional scaled Michigan pepper recipes

Greetings All,

This is a second call for pepper recipes for the upcoming Cultivate Michigan guide to promote institutional use of Michigan peppers. We are hoping to include recipes that are in use in institutional settings. Peppers featured in these recipes may be hot or sweet, so long as we can grow the peppers in Michigan. 

We got many great recipes from the first call, thanks to those of you who did submit. For this round of submissions, we are specifically looking for recipes that are scaled for 50 or more people. 

In addition, if you happen to have any pictures of the dish, we would be thrilled to feature your photo as well.
