Call for Recipes: Carrots!

Cultivate Michigan needs YOUR input! 

The 2016 Spring Featured Food is CARROTS, and we need a few more institutional recipes to share with other Michigan institutions. We are seeking recipes that feature carrots in main dishes, sides, deserts, what have you. Recipes should be institutional in scale (serving at least 50 portions) and may be featured in our upcoming product guide for Cultivate Michigan, which is accessed by food service directors in all types of institutions throughout the state.
