Tomorrow at 3 pm is our Michigan Farm to Institution Network (MFIN) Virtual Network Meeting and it may be of interest to some of you as we'll learn about MI Market Maker, a free, online directory that matches farmers and local food suppliers with buyers. We will show you how to set up or update your MarketMaker account and profile to optimally use the database to find farms and food businesses.
Too Good To Waste Dinner
Make Food Not Waste is hosting their annual Too Good To Waste Dinner on Thursday, July 25th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Coriander Kitchen and Farm in Detroit.

Farm-and-School Conference
Good Shepherd Montessori School is hosting a farm-and-school conference August 2-4 in in South Bend, IN and it is open to Michigan farmers and educators: Food, Farming & Sustainability: A Whole Systems Approach to Farm and School Education for the Future of Food Security.
