Inheritance Claim

Greetings to you and kindly pardon my disposition, I have written an earlier mail to you but without a response from you, In my first mail, I mentioned to you about my late client who died here in my country that bears the same surname as you.

However I am Paul D Smith Esq his attorney and I represent him in his legal and allied matters until his death, My recontacting you again is not a mistake but a result of the bank's mandate to me to provide my deceased client relative who can stand as this beneficiary to his estate valued at $12,820,000 USD

I have tried to locate any of his extended relatives but without success and I have closely checked. Since you share/bear the same surname as the deceased I thought it would be better if I present you as the right beneficiary to his estate since he did not leave any written WILL.
