Garden to Cafeteria Guide release

I'm writing to announce the recent publication of a Garden to Cafeteria Guide through the MSU Center for Regional Food Systems (CRFS). This guide provides assistance and tools to help new and existing garden to cafeteria stakeholders successfully source produce for use in their school food programs. Michigan is fortunate to have many garden to cafeteria programs. Also recently released is a video highlighting the amazing work that Detroit Public Schools is doing around garden to cafeteria. You can watch that video at the following link:
