Seeking nominations: Farm to school research project

Greetings,

 

School nutrition professionals, please see below for a request for nominations for a farm to school produce safety research project from Kansas State University with funding from the USDA Food and Nutrition Service. They are seeking representation from Michigan, so please do consider submitting nominations!

 

 

Researchers with The Center for Food Safety in Child Nutrition Programs, at Kansas State University, are seeking school nutrition professionals to participate in a research project about farm to school produce safety. We are requesting nominations of at least five individuals who participate in the National School Lunch Program, currently purchasing fresh fruits or vegetables from a local source, preferably within your state or a 150-mile radius of the school district, for a minimum of the past two years.  Use the following link for the nomination process:
