Only a few more days of open applications to become a mentee in the SGSO Network Mentorship Program!
Mentees will gather with their mentors on a quarterly basis to receive guidance and feedback, joining cohort trainings and mentee connection opportunities throughout the process. Don't miss the opportunity to receive a custom-matched experienced school garden professional to support your career within the school garden movement! |

Mentee Requirements Mentees are emerging professionals that are looking to grow their skills by being paired with an experienced school garden champion.
You are considered an emergent professional if you satisfy at least one of the following:
- Are under 30 years old.
- Have less than 3 years of experience working in school gardens.
- Have less than 3 years in their current school-garden-related role.
Potential mentees should also plan to keep working in the movement and have a skill set, role competency, project, or area of support you’d like coaching on. |
