Do you work in school food service? We want to hear from you!
A team of Michigan State University Extension educators have been awarded a grant to develop a hands-on training and curriculum for food service employees to build skills in handling fresh, whole Michigan produce in their food programs. We want to shape this training and related resources around the feedback of people that work in food service and those that are invested in using more fresh, whole produce in school food programs.
Please take a moment to fill out this brief survey to help us better understand what skills and resources will be most useful to include in this upcoming training and curriculum development. The survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time. We are very grateful for your input!
