Subject: Jade Rabbit - Seeking RFPs - Motivational Trainers for School Food

I'm excited to share a new opportunity for trainers and consultants to partner with Jade Rabbit in supporting school food service teams across Michigan!

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead interactive trainings this school year that help school food service directors and staff:

• Strengthen teamwork and communication in the kitchen

• Shift mindsets toward scratch cooking and using fresh, whole ingredients

• Prepare for upcoming technical skills trainings like knife skills and speed-scratch recipes

Details:

• Format: In-person, 1.5–2 hour sessions

• Locations: Four school districts across Michigan

• Compensation: $800–$1,200 per session + travel

• Who should apply: Trainers with experience in team-building, change management, or culinary/food service training. Apply by this Friday, April 5!
