Sourcing local, organic and values-aligned foods through DoD Fresh can be complex, but promising strategies are emerging across the country. In this session, Friends of the Earth will share insights from technical assistance work in California, highlighting strong demand for organic and values-aligned foods and practical pathways to expand procurement. We will also hear from a representative from What Chefs Want, a DoD Fresh Prime Vendor operating in multiple states that has successfully expanded local offerings. Click Here to Register
