Dear Agricultural Employers:

 

Prima Civitas, a non-profit statewide economic developer, has received funding from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to assist with the research and development of an agricultural talent pipeline and we need your help…

 

Specifically from employers, we are looking to gather feedback on: your organizational background, staffing and retention, employee skills and training needs, as well as interest in participating in a regional talent pilot model development. Please take 15 minutes to complete this survey.

               

Your responses are completely confidential. Your identity and organizational data will not be shared. Prima Civitas has requested this information only in the case that we need response clarification or to follow-up on your interest in participating in a regional talent pilot model.
