Help Us Improve Growing Hope=?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=99s_Visitor_Experience=E2=80=94Share_?=Your Feedback!

Dear Growing Hope Visitor and Community member,

We are a team of researchers working with Growing Hope to better understand how visitors like you experience Growing Hope's farm and programs. We want to ensure everyone feels informed, welcomed, and able to fully benefit from all Growing Hope has to offer.

What's This Study About?
We know that how and where information is shared (like on our bulletin board or through handouts) makes a difference in your visit. Our research team is working to:

  • Learn what information visitors find most valuable and how they prefer to access it

  • Understand whether current resources (like the bulletin board) are motivating and useful

  • Discover barriers that can make it harder for guests to learn about events, programs, and opportunities here

How Can You Be Involved?

  • An initial brief (approximately 10 minutes) survey about your visit experience

  • Participate in an interview (you must also complete the survey)

Estimated Time Commitment:
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes.

Your feedback will help us create a more accessible and effective welcome experience for all future visitors.

Compensation

  • Survey participants will be entered into a raffle for a $20 gift card

  • Interview participants will receive a $20 gift card for their time

Your Privacy Matters:
Participation is voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential. You can opt out of any question or activity at any time. Our study is conducted in alignment with privacy and ethical research standards.

Ready to Share Your Thoughts?
Simply reply to this email to get started on the survey. No special knowledge is required—just your honest experience.

If you have questions about the research or how your input will be used, please reach out! We appreciate your help!

Thank you for considering,

Srishti Bagalkoti, Hitha Bathala, Madison Hetrick, and Evie Katmanivong
