Growing Hope is hiring a Farm & Garden Assistant (in addition to the Garden Manager previously shared), and we'd love to share this opportunity with our community.
This role is hands-on and rooted in care for land, people, and community. You'll support our urban farm and garden programs, help maintain infrastructure, assist volunteers and youth, and move food from soil to neighbors in ways that build skill, dignity, and collective power. It's physical, practical, and deeply meaningful work; all in service of food sovereignty in Ypsilanti.
