FWD: Michigan School Meals Program Survey Request

Sharing an opportunity for Food Service Directors and School Leaders to share their insights via a virutal survey. As a thank you for your time, you will receive a $200 gift care. Details below... 



Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and American Institutes for Research (AIR) are conducting brief virtual interviews with school leaders to better understand the implementation of Michigan School Meals. Participation involves a 45-minute virtual interview scheduled at your convenience. All feedback is confidential and no individuals or schools will be identified in any reports. Each participating school will receive a $200 Scholastic e-gift card. If you are willing to share your experiences, please complete the Michigan School Meals Program interest form.
