Michigan's diverse agriculture industry allows for many opportunities to incorporate local food into your school menus. This webinar will help you get beyond the basics and describe strategies and examples of how to adapt your school menu based on Michigan fruit and vegetable availability.

Participants will be introduced to the new Making Michigan Recipes Work resources and Cultivate Michigan, both of which can help in planning a menu that matches Michigan's growing seasons. Presenters include Mariel Borgman and Kaitlin Wojciak from MSU Extension and Amy Klinkoski, School Nutrition Association statewide trainer and former school nutrition administrator.
